2005 HOUR Exchange Interim Board of Trustees

At our 2005 HOUR Exchange Annual Spring Meeting, members nominated six HOUR Traders to serve on the interim Board of Trustees: Christina Calkins, Paul Leisy, Zuzana Vejlupkova, Michael Viliardos, Margi Willowmoon, and Steve Hiebert. Thanks for accepting your nominations!

This Board of Trustees will begin acting as an interim Board as of April 7th, and will officially accept its appointment in June to serve through March of 2006. The process that we used to nominate and appoint members at the Annual Meeting was a unique way for us to obtain an interim Board of Trustees. In 2006 we will begin a regular cycle of electing and re-electing members to our Board.

Members who are still interested in serving on the Board of Trustees are welcome and encouraged to attend scheduled Board of Trustee meetings. There are two Board positions that are still open for appointment.
