Harvest Gathering and Fundraiser Dinner

Join us this September as we tastefully welcome the Fall season with an HOUR Trader gathering and fundraiser dinner. The dinner will feature a specialty of pasta including handmade ravioli, pasta con fungi, and lasagna ~ prepared using local ingredients! Dinners will be sold on a sliding scale and funds will benefit the HOURS program & the printing of the newspaper.

As always, the HOUR Traders will be the centerpiece of the gathering. Bring handmade goods, products, garden produce, and other items for trade. Don’t forget your HOURS! We welcome everyone to join us at our quarterly events and learn more about this unique community network. Mark your calendars now. Enjoy a wonderful meal and help support the HOUR Exchange.

The Harvest Gathering and Fundraiser needs your help to make it a success. Can you gift 2 hours of your time to a task either before or during the event?

The following are opportunities to help that need to be done before the event:

Prep Food the week before the event
Bring Flowers
Hand color some flyers and/or put them out in community
Help contact and/or gather donations from organizations/ businesses
Donate your food products to the dinner

Decorate tables
Cook/Kitchen help
Serving Food
Serve Dessert Table
Mind Beverage Table
Table Setting
Wash Dishes
Clean-up after event
(Most of the shifts are 5:30 -7:30 OR 7:30-9:30)
